Consent

When you submit certain requests (especially financing applications), we ask for explicit consents. Current draft consent version: 2026-08-12-v2.

• I authorize Dealercanada and its authorized lender/dealer partners to obtain credit information from Canadian credit bureaus where applicable to process my vehicle financing request. Dealercanada is not itself a lender.
• I consent to Dealercanada sharing my application information with authorized automotive dealer and lender partners for the purpose of evaluating my request.
• I consent to being contacted by phone about my request.
• I consent to being contacted by email about my request.
• I consent to being contacted by SMS about my request. Message & data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• I have read and acknowledge the Dealercanada Privacy Policy and Terms of Use (legal review required before production launch).

Consent wording, retention of consent records, and electronic signature requirements must be validated by qualified Canadian counsel before production use.
