Dealercanada does not sell vehicles as a dealer of record in every transaction, does not lend money, and does not guarantee inventory, valuations, financing outcomes, or partner response times. Estimated payments are illustrations only.

Status labels such as APPLICATION SUBMITTED, PRE-QUALIFIED, PRE-APPROVED, and APPROVED have distinct meanings. Submitting information does not create a financing contract with Dealercanada.

Limitation of liability, governing law, dispute resolution, and consumer protection language must be completed by Canadian counsel before production launch.
